I was really excited about this tub, I purchased last year for a house I was remodeling. It was finally installed and ready to use a few weeks ago, I was able to use it once and I was extremely happy with it. Until I tried using again a few weeks and it did not work. My electrician finally came and troubleshooted and said it is completely dead. I tried getting customer support and the only option is to send an email with details, which I've done, let's see when they respond.

This tub is unlike anyone we have seen anywhere else. It’s kind of noisy, but you can turn the speed of the water down. Wish it was big enough for two as was advertised, but my husband is 6’1” and he cannot straighten his legs out in it. The working parts of this tub are still great even at nearly year old. We have had no problems with it whatsoever.

Although the tub looks very nice in the space, there is a design/ location FLAW with the drain plugstopper drain is located right where you sit and where it is very easy to bump into it while bathing, causing the TOO sensitive plug to pop and the tub to start draining. Even if you brush by it inadvertently the water starts draining. THIS PLUG NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO BE SECURED IN A LOCK POSITION WHILE BATHING, Maybe a screw down design instead of a push down / popup design?? you can't even hear that it is draining (especially with jets running )and you have to constantly keep checking it. So what should be a relaxing experience is ruined by the constant need to keep checking if the drain has started draining.This doesn't become apparent until the tub is fully installed and in use.I paid over $2600 for a tub that should be able to hold water until the bather is done bathing.I called Woodbridge right after it was installed and got NO HELP from customer service.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great Jacuzzi tub. Woodbridge seems to be a good brand great price changing color lights bottom jets side jets I have a 72 inch and it works fantastic except when you have the bottom air bubble jets on you will get some splash over there’s no adjusting that, so I don’t use the bottom air bubble jets often the other side jets have a control for less or more. I love this. It came well packaged. And zero problems I did not install it myself a plumber did so I cannot comment about insulation, but as far as everything else, it’s a great tub and a good value

Got tub, plumbed and wired by licensed plumber and electrician, unit would not come on. Called customer support, who told me I have to send an email to get help, but also told me it was probably a faulty control panel. Also told me they would probably SEND me the part and I or an electrician would have to install. Not sure why I have to pay someone to replace something that was a faulty part on a new item. Email has not been answered.They answered and agreed to send me new control panel. I had to install, but the tub works as it should now.Product = 5 starsCustomer Service = 1 star
