This is a convenient but pricey prenatal for men. Instead of taking several different supplements together, everything is combined into convenient dose packs. The tablets have the vitamins and the capsules have omega 3. The only thing that seems to be missing is PQQ. PQQ helps a lot with male fertility too so I'm surprised it's not part of this formulation.

This supplement is wonderfully wholesome.It's easy to consume and is gentle on the gut. It's also full of energy and helps with improving mood. Also it's easy to carry while travelling.

I don't know if they work great or not but we aren't knocked up again yet lol

We’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks and have had a positive experience. It's easy to incorporate into daily routine with no negative side effects. The high-quality, natural ingredients give confidence in its safety. While we can't say it's made a difference yet , still keeping our hopes high and wishing baby dust to everyone

for people trying for a baby, everything is expensive. so while this set is expensive, it isn't much compared to all the other stuff you may end up trying, so why not try. i trust things made in germany [possibly more than the us] so at least i feel it's safe to consume. consistency is key here.
