Wow! Its amazing!
First off it has no taste. Be for-warned. Your teeth turn blue. But a super quick brush with water takes that away. It will also turn your urine blue, then green, then it goes back to normal. I feel like a smurf and then the hulk lmao.As for the effects. It seems to even me out. I've been angry and tired lately. For months actually. I have been taking it every other day or so ( 10-20 drops and rising) and my highs are still high but my lows are far fewer and less extreme. Its easy to use. Some drops in water and shake. Easy.

The best!
This is a fantastic item. If ever I feel I’m getting a bladder infection I put a drop in my water. I even give it to my dogs in their water l if they start wetting the bed at night. And no side effects for us.It stains so be careful. A magic eraser will remove most of the stains from counters and floors.

It's totally worth the money!!
I have tried LOTS of different things that are "Supposed" to give you Energy and Focus! Well, this absolutely does this!! It is Fantastic! I don't leave reviews unless the product is either Amazing or Complete junk (to let others know to not waste their money)! I Recommend this Methylene Blue 100%!!

Good product. Ethylene blue. Yes... Just yes.
I've had no problems with this methylene blue product. I'm very thankful. I've used it for about 2 years now. I hear a lot of positive reviews and testimonies about this stuff. I think we just need to be careful but we get it from to make sure it's not a Chinese knockoff fake product. Cuz they're out there.

Arsenic Levels in Biopharm Methylene Blue Exceed Pharmaceutical Standards
I uploaded the certificate of analysis to ChatGPT and asked whether this product was safe based on the analysis. The following is the response it provided.†The certificate of analysis for the Methylene Blue Trihydrate from Biopharm Inc. lists several impurities, including arsenic, copper, zinc, and residual solvents. To determine if these levels are safe, let’s analyze them against common safety standards:Heavy Metals and Impurities:1. Arsenic (As): 2.23 ppm (parts per million)The USP (United States Pharmacopeia) limit for arsenic in pharmaceuticals is typically 1.5 ppm, so this level exceeds pharmaceutical-grade limits. The EPA drinking water limit is 0.01 ppm (10 ppb), meaning this level would be unsafe for consumption.2. Copper (Cu): <0.01 ppmThis is very low and well within safe limits. The EPA limit for drinking water is 1.3 ppm.3. Zinc (Zn): No turbidity observedNo specific amount is given, but assuming no measurable turbidity, it is likely minimal.Residual Solvents:1. Methylene Chloride: <275 µg/g (ppm)The ICH Q3C guidelines for residual solvents set the daily permissible intake at 600 ppm for methylene chloride. This level is below the limit and likely safe.2. Chloroform: <46 µg/g (ppm)The USP limit for chloroform in pharmaceuticals is 60 ppm. This is within safe levels.3. Trichloroethylene: <45 µg/g (ppm)The USP limit is 80 ppm. This is within safe levels.4. 1,4-Dioxane: <175 µg/g (ppm)The EPA drinking water limit is 0.35 ppm. This level is significantly higher than what is safe for drinking water but might be within tolerance for industrial use. Conclusion:NOT safe for human consumption (due to arsenic levels).May be safe for external or industrial use, but the arsenic level exceeds pharmaceutical standards.Residual solvents are within acceptable limits for general chemical use.If you’re using this for medical, food, or supplement purposes, it’s best to find a pharmaceutical or USP-grade methylene blue with lower arsenic content. If it's for external use or staining purposes, it might be fine.

Check your meds before taking
I just started this last week & I’m amazed. People may say it’s a placebo effect, but let’s be honest, the placebo effect is NOT a bad thing (Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza).Clear and calm head, but watch if you’re taking antidepressants as they can interfere with the serotonin levels in your brain.

Not sure of the dose, Grok AI states differently
I just bought the product and am trying a very low dose 1 drop daily. I have read many reviews stating much higher daily doses. When I did my initial research on GROK, the AI states the dose is much lower than everyone else is stating on this board. Here is a quote from Grok:Low-End Dosage for a 200 lb ManFor a healthy 200 lb (approximately 90.7 kg) man using methylene blue for general wellness, functional medicine protocols typically start at the low end of the 0.5–5 mg/day range advocated by figures like Lieurance and Greenfield. Here’s how it breaks down:Starting Dose: 0.5 mg/dayThis is the lowest commonly recommended dose for healthy individuals, used to assess tolerance. For a 200 lb man, this aligns with the conservative approach of microdosing to support mitochondrial function and cognitive clarity without overwhelming the system.Calculation: At 0.5 mg, this is roughly 0.0055 mg/kg (0.5 ÷ 90.7), well below clinical doses (1–2 mg/kg) used for methemoglobinemia, ensuring safety for daily use.Delivery:Using a 1% solution (10 mg/mL, where 1 drop = 0.5 mg), this equates to 1 drop per day. Dilute in water or juice to minimize staining and improve palatability.Rationale:A 200 lb man has a higher body mass than the average adult (often assumed at 70 kg in studies), but functional medicine focuses on individual response over weight-based scaling for wellness doses. Starting at 0.5 mg allows for gradual increases (e.g., to 1–2 mg/day) if tolerated, staying within the 0.5–5 mg/day range. This avoids side effects like mild nausea or jitteriness, which can occur at higher doses (e.g., 5–15 mg), especially without prior acclimation.Adjustment:After a week at 0.5 mg/day, he could increase to 1 mg/day (2 drops) if no adverse effects (e.g., headache, blue urine intensity) emerge, tailoring to energy or cognitive goals. Greenfield often suggests pulsing (e.g., 5 days on, 2 off) to prevent tolerance. For a 200 lb man, 0.5 mg/day (1 drop) is the practical low-end starting point, widely endorsed in functional medicine for safety and efficacy in healthy individuals. Pairing it with USP-grade methylene blue from a source like Biopharm or Compass Laboratory ensures quality, minimizing risks from impurities. Always consult a healthcare provider, especially if combining with other supplements or medications.Since I'm using it for a health supplement, I'm going to stick with a much lower dose range to see what happens.
