I use this Ceylon cinnamon to help manage my glucose numbers. Its no myth! This Ceylon cinnamon along with clove water has brought my numbers down to the extreme. Some of the Ceylon cinnamon doesn't work but this product does. Im glad I was able to find it.

Finely ground but barely has a taste of scent
If this stuff is meant to be a nutritional supplement, I would guess that it's more like powdered cinnamon sawdust. Not cinnamon flavor in my long experience. If you want something to put in your smoothies, this is it. If you want something to taste like cinnamon, look elsewhere.

Flavor is wonderful
Been taking a 1/2 teaspoon with honey everyday. This cinnamon has such a wonderful flavor, I wish I could eat it by the spoonful.
