You can call their 800 number to speak to one of their advisors for all your questions. They also have medical doctors, nurses, nutritionists that counsel their members for free in their Ft. Lauderdale store.

how big are the pills?

Not very big and very easy to swallow with a swig of milk or juice. Realistically, these CoQ10 pills are smaller than a pinky fingernail.

Does this product contain gelatin?

"Life Extension's Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support 100 mg" lists gelatin under other ingredients including sunflower oil, glycerin, purified water, and caramel color. As of today, according to the manufacturer of this products, Life Extension, the source of the gelatin is bovine (beef).

It's good stuff. I don't know if it really helps my fibromyalgia or not. Hurt so bad all the time. I take lipitor so it's supposed to help. Quality is good, is easy to swallow not too expensive.

Ottimo prodotto: capsule rivestite, contenente coenzima Q10. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (non è facile trovare un buon prezzo per il coenzima Q10). In qualche recensione sulle capsule di coenzima Q10, avevo letto di un forte o sgradevole odore delle capsule. Personalmente non ho avuto questa esperienza: inodori e insapori (considerando che vengono inghiottite integre).
