This pasta is tender and tastes like the fresh handmade pasta we had in Italy. For real! It is pricey so we weren't sure if it would be worth the price. For us, it absolutely is! Pasta were just filler meals at the last minute when we had nothing prepared. Now it is a gourmet meal we serve to guests and enjoy ourselves.
