Works as described, good quality
It substantially reduces high pitched whining noise, however it did boost fan RPM by about 10%, so make sure your area is cool and ventilated properly.

Good but need a little bit design fix
Does lower the sound of the miner but install it is a little bit painful. Outside needs a notch channel to let the shaft of screwdriver to fit and reach the screws
