Great knife SUPER sharp.
Great knives! Bought them for butchering and processing meat chickens and boy howdy are they sharp (don’t ask me how I know). We processed over 50 chickens and by the time we were finished the knives were still sharp. Handle is comfortable to hold and to use without fatigue and easy to handle even in the slipperiest of situations. Great products for the price.

Sharp!!
These are sharp! I love the different colors, the size of these knives, and protective sheaths. The full tang gives me assurance they will last. Holding and using them is comfortable due to the size and shape of the handle and well balance overall weight.

Blade construction
Knives are sharp and appear to be well made. They are tight with no loose parts. I gave them a 4 because the tips of the blades are cut off resulting in a flat spot and not a point. This caused issues when attempting to pierce. But be careful about the amount of pressure applied to pierce because once pierced the sharp edge will slide through easily. This caused an injury to me when using the knife that would have been prevented had I noticed the tip construction beforehand. Overall, a good purchase.

less than ideal, but inexpensive enough that it doesn't matter
very sharp, but very thick blades. the thickness of the blades limits the knives' usefulness as they aren't very good for vegetables and don't flex around bone. for the price, they're good, just not for what I had intended

Good but will need frequent sharpening
I like this knife. When it's sharp I works amazing. However you may need to run a sharpening rod through it every 2nd or 3rd use. I bought a 3 pack and the tips on 2 were rounded so it took some work to get a good tip wich can be important around bone area. This is a good cleaning and pairing knife. Do not try to cut a bone with it just clean up around it. If you are looking for something that will last longer go with a better steel. If you don't mind using a sharpening rod on it every once in a while this is a good budget knife for you.
