Worthy biying
Please bit it very helpful expecially when you are diabetic. No side effect as garlic as I know

Decent quality
I would like to change my previous review I took these tablets and they tasted incredibly bitter 🤮 however in all honesty they did the job extremely well and brought my blood sugars down from 6.5 to 5.0 in just 15mins as a result I have lost 5lbs in just 3 days. I would consider purchasing again but I would have preferred a brand regulated in the UK

Taste isn’t nice. Easy to take. Haven’t see a lot to do with performance. No quality to know about. No weight loss at moment

Not really sure what these are meant to do, I purchased for appetite suppressant but they do nothing for that. I could feel no other benefit tbh. Obviously my review is subjective. Others may find them great.
