Do not buy this if you even *think* you might have sensitive skin. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend risking it to ANYONE. I got this because I was influenced by Tik Toker Monet, and it worked on her so I thought it'll work on me. I have dry skin but nothing too severe, and it is mostly on my face anyways. Well, I was wrong. Let me just list everything in order. First, it takes forever to heat up. I will say, I warmed it up for like 3 hours only to realize one reason a lot of product wasn’t coming out was because the sticker has to fully come out (I only took off some of it because I assumed it had to be used again to cover the roller once I’m done using it). I used the pre-wax wipes over my entire legs because I thought I would do it all. They felt like alcohol wipes tbh, but I think this is one of the main concerns perhaps. Once I got to actually waxing, I found that it rolls on kind of easily, sometimes it wouldn’t have a lot of product but that’s fine, I got the hang of it. The temperature of the wax was fine, but once I would apply it, sometimes it wouldn’t come off the skin fully (like, it would still stick to the skin). So I had to go over the same area more than once sometimes, which I know is a big no-no (it was my first time using this kind of wax though, I am more of a shaver usually). Anyways, it took so long to do, that I only ended up waxing my lower legs, aka knees and down. Super important to note this because I did NOT wax my thighs at all. I only wiped them down. I used the after-wax wipes on the parts I did wax though, and thought nothing of it. i didn’t really have much redness after so I was like nice it's soft! the next day, I start to experience a slight itching on the part of my leg where I waxed. I thought it's fine it’s probably because I irritated my skin by taking the wax over it more than once! as the day comes to an end, suddenly I start itching a little higher up the leg, like the knee. The next day, the itching got worse, and I am literally waking up from my sleep itching my legs! It began to itch a LOT, like I just got the worst bug bites after spending all day out. It wasn’t visibly red but it was itching SO much. Suddenly, it starts to itch like that EVERYWHERE on my leg. Like I spent an hour in my class just violently itching my knees, thighs, calves, everything! it even starts hurting at one point, like a burning sensation, especially in the crevice/area on the backside of the knee (where the joint is). And the craziest thing is, I didn’t apply wax at all to these parts! You can see in the picture, there is literally hair on my thighs because I didn’t wax them! It has been super bad for DAYS now, and I literally had to go to the doctor to get steroid creams prescribed to fix this reaction. The doctor thinks I had a bad chemical reaction to the wax, which caused it to spread to the rest of my leg. i have bumps all over my leg now and it is red, both of which I never had before. I am having to pay out of pocket to cure the horrible skin rash I got from this product, literally applying medicine to my leg every day to try to calm it down, so I do not recommend this to anyone at all! I wish I just got a trustable brand because I don’t know if it’s the wipes or the actual wax that caused this reaction. Literally itching my legs as I write this, now I have bumps, redness, and scabs all over my legs now. if you experience this too, some ways to make it less severe temporarily is applying a cold compress and Benadryl cream. it has been almost a week since I first tried this product and I’m still suffering. Worst amazon buy ever!

After first time applying I can say I am glad I bought this because it did not cause any irritation to my sensitive skin and it comes as a set with all needs, wax paper, after wax tissues that removes wax and pre-wax to prepare the skin for waxing. I took a picture it shows how much is used for one session on my both legs. So easy to apply, I spent maximum 20 minutes to finish my both legs. Pre-wax and after wax tissues work great as well. Also I forgot I was waiting for the wax to get hot, it was plugged for one hour yet it did not burn my skin when I applied. I am amazed by this waxing device! 5 stars, excellent product! Thanks!

As you can see it came leak but I didn’t care as long as it worked but it didn’t. It was too sticky to the point I had to use lot of oil to get rid of it. The after care pad which contains oil not enough to remove the excess. It’s a pass for me. I have been waxing for the past 3+ yrs the worst wax I have ever used. Well everyone has different skin and preferences.

great for waxing your legs and arms! anywhere else i don't recommend because the wax is hard wax not suitable for anything else. it's hard to get it warmed up it says 30mins to warm up but i have to wait usually 1.5 hours for the wax to be good enough to put on.

This product left a rash under my arms!! I waited 40min minutes to let the wax completely warm up and I followed step by step directions but NO hair was coming up it was so strange. I waited a week to see if my armpit hairs needed to be longer and tried it again. The same thing happened. It rolled on but it’s like the papers didn’t want to completely stick to the wax and left lots of wax residue. My underarms were in so much pain the next day cause I tried multiple times 🥲😢. Maybe I’ll try a higher price one!

I usually don’t write reviews however I think this product deserves one. For personal use and a beginner in waxing I think it’s such a great product. The only “problem” is that it needs to keep heating (which means you gotta be fast with the product and take breaks if you’re very hairy). It worked wonderfully for me, I definitely recommend it to anyone who would love to do wax.

I have never wrote a review on Amazon so this should say something. I followed all of the instructions, I waited more that it was instructed to, to use it because it takes a lot longer to heat up than its supposed to. The roller applies very unevenly and doesn’t distribute enough wax to pull out all the hair. I went over my armpits a few times because it did not work at all and all it did was pull off some wax. 80% of my hair was left and I was left with burning, bleeding armpits. Feels like my armpits are raw flesh on fire. I’m a consistent wax user so ive had experience. Very disappointing, I payed for extra shipping too. Not worth the money or pain.

The wax consistency varies a lot. Sometimes the heating device warms it much better other times not so much and then the wax comes out all thick and not easily glide-able and damages the skin. My under arms skin is all damaged i don't know if the issue is the heating device itself or the wax.
