Great avocado container

I was skeptical when I received this product because I didn't realize how big it was, but I have to say it really works!!!! I had used a different product before that utilized a strap with holes in it to accommodate different sizes, but the strap always failed. I went through multiple of the one with the strap and decided to try something different. I'm glad I did! I highly recommend this product and this vendor.

At first wasn’t sure if this was going to work (was replacing another avocado storage) and not sure of the looks but this one is my favorite storage. Just cut avocado in half, put pit side down, close and secure. Perfect storage. Glad I found!

Love the idea of using a sealed container for freshness, but surface still turns brown pretty fast.

While this is large, it will fit any size avocado. Be sure to squeeze either fresh lemon or lime juice over the cut avocado. This prevents browning. It's a good practice to do this when making guacamole or just adding avocado to a salad.

This came with one of the plastic closure latches broken. I tried using it anyway. It didn’t do a thing to keep my avocados from oxidizing. They turned just as black, just as quickly, as with any other storage method. Thankfully, Amazon was very good about refunding this.

I like the idea of being able to preserve an uneaten half of an avocado in the refrigerator with this item. I put it in, pit and all, closed it,, and put it in the refrigerator. Next day, the avocado was brown. I will continue using it, but I don’t expect a “fresh” avocado after my initial experience.

This does a good job of keeping our leftover avocados from turning brown and gross. We usually only have it in the keeper for a day or 2 so not sure if it would work any longer than that. But for a couple of days, it does the job.
