Delicious dry zero-alcohol wines. Thank you, Alternativa!
The red and white wines are as advertised, delicious and dry with zero alcohol. I stopped drinking alcohol years ago and have been searching for a 0-alc dry (not sweet) and aromatic wine. Alternativa has delivered such a product and I am grateful.

Do not buy
This wine is about $27. You would think that for that price you would get something that has some resemblance to real wine. The producer states that the wine "Exhibits aromas of ripe fruits with a pleasing and elaborate taste." That is so wrong as to be funny. I used to be a big wine drinker so I know what it's supposed to taste like. I actually just poured this down the drain. For half the money you can get Ariel, which is twice as good. Or, if you need a Friday night alternative to go with the candles, get Kedem grape juice. At least that will taste like something - not a think, acidic, flavorless red liquid.

Eh not my favorite
The smell of the wine when you uncork it is off, it’s too acidic. Unfortunately, the taste matched the smell. The taste it left in my mouth was almost metallic, not pleasant.

Great tasting nonalcoholic wine.
I love this wine. I’ve always detested nonalcoholic wines because they taste like overly sweet grape juice. Ugh. This is a dry red wine. Granted, it’s not a 5 star pinot noir, but it’s flavorful and one can enjoy drinking it. I mix it with club soda to make a refreshing wine spritzer. Delicious! I’m addicted to it. I always have several bottles in my wine cooler.

A satisfying NA dupe!
For those interested in this, hear me when I say this: manage your expectations. This is not alcohol. It's an approximation of an alcoholic beverage. If you have reasonable expectations going into this, you'll be much happier. That said, I haven't had alcohol in almost twelve years, and red wine was always something I really enjoyed - this was a pleasant surprise! Side by side, you could definitely tell it's not full-blown wine, but for being totally NA, it's a great dupe! The aroma is almost spot-on to that of real wine, which I love. The taste is complex, fruity, and pleasantly bitter. The only reason it lost a star is that the overall flavor is a bit "watery." Had they kept the same product and simply concentrated it a bit more, this would've been a home run. I do struggle justifying spending this much money on an NA - a definite room for opportunity - but overall if you're looking for a pleasant and worthwhile NA dupe, you can't go wrong with this one! P. S. It looks FANTASTIC in a wine glass!

Waste of money!
had wanted to send my son and his wife some NA wine for Christmas as part of an Italian dinner package. Fortunately, after reading mixed reviews on every brand I could find, I decided to order several to do a taste testing before choosing one to send to them. Thank goodness I did. I bought three different bottles of wine, and on Thanksgiving my daughter and son-in-law, husband, and myself all did a taste test. Unfortunately, none of them were palatable enough to even consider. None of us could even take more than a sip or two. Every one of them tasted like nothing but a mix of watered down grape juice and vinegar. It was a huge disappointment as well as a total waste of money. This is one of those reviews that if I could give no stars I would, so I will say that the one star is simply for packaging and presentation. Each bottle arrived securely packaged and in a really nice bottle. Unfortunately, the contents were just awful. This is also one of those times that I should’ve paid more attention to the negative reviews. Don’t waste your money like I did. UPDATE – Because I hate wasting money, or anything else, I decided to get some grape juice and mix it with this NA wine to see if that made it drinkable. I had put the wine in the fridge after opening it, and I gave it a little taste before mixing it with the juice. I have to say that it was SLIGHTLY more palatable and even could pass for resembling wine once well-chilled. It could also be that I wasn’t expecting it to taste exactly like wine this time. I still cannot think about giving it as a gift, but I will likely at least drink it myself over the next few days – mixed with the juice for a little better flavor. I am therefore changing my review from one to two stars. If you do want to buy this as a gift or to serve guests, I definitely suggest giving it a taste for yourself first.

Waste of money - tastes like sour water!
This wine was a complete disappointment. I don’t even know exactly what to compare the taste to, other than watered down lemon water. It was sour, no aroma, and very weak. Definitely not worth the cost, not even worth a single $1. Unfortunately, I bought two bottles - the second is going down the drain.
