UPDATE: Years later. I use this to grate garlic (rather than mince it) which works great in soups and sauces. It is not just pretty. It is practical, durable, and totally worth having. Sorry to see that it isn't available today.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I have not had a chance to use this product yet, but it is very pretty.The brush looks fine (no bristles falling out).The garlic peeler is fine too (I doubt I will ever use this, but maybe I will).I think ultimately, I would have preferred to get just the dish (without the brush and peeler), because then, I might be tempted to get another dish just because it is pretty, and after all, I might want to grate different ingredients at the same time.
