I have a pair of over the ear headphones by Treblab and am very satisfied so I decided to try a pair of the earbuds. The sound quality is good but the problem I was having is the bluetooth kept disconnecting and reconnecting when I was doing any activity even with the source well within range. Doesn't happen with the headphones. Returning the earbuds. The day after posting the review Treblab customer service reached out to resolve the issue. They appreciated the feedback that I was able to provide and were sorry that I had received a bad pair of earbuds. Two days later I had a new pair of earbuds in hand. I am happy to say that this pair is working great. I can't say enough about the customer service. So many companies are difficult to work with, won't respond, or simply don't care. It is refreshing to come across a company that cares about customer satisfaction and have a true desire to improve the product. I highly recommend giving Treblab products a try.

I can hear very clearly. Directions are clear. What I'm disappointed in is that when I'm working outside and beef over, they really fall out of my ears.

**Update** Seller reached out and offered me full refund. Excellent customer service. **Update** One issue I am having is the right pod is consistently lower volume than the left. After a while it’ll be normal, then happen again. I’m a AirPod user. But I refuse to take my AirPods into the steam room. So I found these as an alternative where supposedly very high water resistance rating. So far, after a few uses, they are doing the job. I take these from Steam Room, hot tub and Cold plunge. My biggest critique is the touch boards are very sensitive. Just water dripping down the side is enough to cause pausing and skipping as if your fingers are touching it. I saw someone who tried swimming complaining of the same issue. I would say probably not great. Maybe if you have head cap covering then slightly, then maybe. But overall, they do what I want without the worry of them being ruined by water and should they fail, not a lot of money wasted.

Wow! I thought I have purchased a good set of headphones at first. They were amazing quality sounds throw blue tooth at everything. Wow, you never did what I do. I just purchased these April 7th of 2025 and now they're not working at all. Not even through Bluetooth. I contacted the manufacturers. Their customer service is no good. They wanted me to s*** back to headphones lower than I'm in a motorized wheelchair. I cannot even get out my hole to even ship the head phones out to them and they're talking about reimbursing me. My money back to me. Don't want to ask them to reimburse me. All I asked was to replace the headphones as I received the headphones I was sent back the other ones in the same packaging as of Amazon. Just as bad as the company

User friendly, clear instructions for use, multiple sizes for the ear piece to get an excellent fit, good quality sound and very cost effectrive

Look, it's good. It sounds ok. The seal isn't great. It gets kinda glitchy when wet. But it's still a decent product all in all. Easy to use. Durable.

Bought these for the gym so I could get through long workouts without worrying about sweat or movements being an issue. They were great with sound, comfort, and use until they stopped charging correctly. Ran into the issue of left earbud no longer accepting a charge from the case. Verified the prongs were not damaged or blocked on the case and same with the receiver on the earbud but still no luck. Customer service was great and easy to get a quick refund back for me. May have been a faulty pair but no fun to wait for my next pair to show up as I workout with no earbuds.

The extra earpieces and multiple sizes to choose from. Great sound and outstanding longevity from the charge.
