Meu preferido. Não tem cheiro. Não faz espuma (o que não tem nada a vê com a limpeza) e limpa bem tira bem os resíduos de pomada de assadura. Minha filha não tem problemas com dermatite, mas eu tenho alergia a cheiros e esse foi o melhor que testei.

Note : I purchased this item separately from a duo set with the gel wash & lotion, but used all 3 as a skincare routine for my child. I've included my review if the duo below and highly suggest purchasing all 3 items for best care! Review for additional items will be below separation line. Cream wash : it's smooth and light and creates very little lather. It's not my favorite between both soap options, but i think the double cleanse method was a large part in the success of my child's skin recovery so I will continue the process. The wash has no smell which i appreciate since my child has sensory issues and our baths are at night where I wouldn't want her heavily perfumed for bed. I use about 4 or 5 pumps of soap for her entire body, which at this price point is a little rough on the pocket but for the results I'll continue. If I had to cut cost anywhere I would remove this soap from the routine as I feel the gel soap has more value in bottle capacity and result. This soap is our step 1 in a double cleanse process, so I'll see that her skin is cleaned but not stripped of moisture, such makes sense for the cream nature of the soap rather than it being a thin liquid soap. There's no stickiness or tacky feeling and it rinses away without leaving any film or residue. Then I immediately follow up with the oil gel wash which I believe is the true star of her routine. __________ I got this for my child with eczema. She had what seemed to be a case of heat rash as well as a diaper area rash that just wouldn't go away with standard Aveeno and other baby marketed soaps. I can say that this duo absolutely turned her skin around within about a week. In a week the rash was calmed and she no longer itches or scratched which was a huge relief as every parent knows it's the discomfort that is the biggest hurdle for kids. Once her skin calmed down maybe about another week I noticed that the inflamed areas where there were scars & patches were now smooth and flat, and lightening in color. At this point I'm hooked and set up the Amazon subscription. Today the spots are completely gone, patches disappeared almost as if there was never a rash. I admit that these are pricey in comparison to other drugstore brands that are well known, but with these results I know I'll keep this as a staple in my child's bath routine. I plan to use it 1 - 2 times a week as maintenance for her skin, and supplement with less expensive Aveeno options we used previously but whip this out if any other rashes or inflammation pop up. Since it's only these 2 brands if anything occurs again I'll know to just stay full force with Medela forever! Absolutely highly recommend! The gel wash is an oil gel that feels so nourishing in my hands and on the skin. You can feel the moisture coming back into your skin and i noticed immediately that dry patches on my child were beginning to become plump and moisturized looking after first wash. A little goes a long way with the wash so about 2 or 3 pumps can get the job done from head to toe. It's a nice lather so if you have a bubble fan they'll have some fun while you scrub! The lotion is in smaller packaging so I feel it's even more overpriced but again the results speak volumes on the quality for the pricing. The lotion is also super nourishing while not being heavy. It's not sticky or filmy on her skin and has a slight smell that i don't find unpleasant but I wouldn't call it unscented , it's definitely a smell to it but it's not an unnatural perfume or anything, but also not a gross medicinal smell if that makes sense. I use more of the lotion head to toe so it's running through faster than the soap so I had to buy an additional lotion outside of the set so as not to run out and miss days with it. The following morning (we do night baths) her skin is still moisturized and has a slight shine to it, like baby glass skin without the wet mirrored look, more like a dewy plump lit from within look which is amazing coming from flaky with little patches of dry skin. Sorry no before and afters! Note : this set is the gel wash & lotion, but i also purchased the cream wash separately and used that as a "double cleanse" for her skin followed by the lotion. Using all 3 steps got my result but using the 2 in this set alone may also create similar results.

Simplesmente perfeito o produto, fez muito bem para a pele de um bebê, ele tem dermatite, o produto tem uma consistência cremosa bem suave e realmente sem cheiro, vou comprar sempre 😍😍😍

Ajudou muito o meu filho com a pele seca e uma possível dermatite atópica ...ainda estamos investigando

This is one of the only cleansers/shower gel that works on my kids skin. Almost everything flares him up so I appreciate that I don't have to worry about this one. It's expensive but works nicely. I appreciate the pump.
