I have been taking this for about 9 months. So far, the energy has been excellent and I have been able to fight off the germs and colds that my grandkids bring. Most notable....my cholesterol is down...and it wasn't by diet....I looked it up...glutathione is known for "flushing" out cholesterol....so I will always use it....awesome. It tastes good too.

Glutathione is widely considered the top antioxidant that your body produces. Liposomal glutathione is one of the best ways to increase your intrinsic glutathione levels. It costs a bit more than raw glutathione powder, but it absorbs much better, so it's worth it. This stuff is easy to take. The taste is a little odd, but I think it's pleasant enough. It's best to hold under your tongue for as long as you can, but just swallowing it is ok too. While opinions differ, it's probably best taken away from food and drink, either 30 mins before a meal or a few hours after. It's also advisable to cycle it. Various protocols exist, but something like 4-6 days on with 1-3 days off and/or 3 weeks on with 1 week off is a good baseline. There's lots more to say, but you'll have to talk to your doctor for personalized advice (assuming they know anything about this stuff lol).

I’ve been supplementing glutathione for over two decades, and it’s something my household uses regularly, so I’ve tried a lot of brands and forms over the years. This liposomal liquid option works well for me and feels like it delivers a decent amount of glutathione. It has that familiar sulfur-like smell that comes with glutathione, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me, it’s pretty typical with products like this. The taste could be a drawback for others who are new to glutathione supplementation. However, as someone who has used glutathione for a long time, this simply reassures me that I am taking a product with glutathione without the fake chemical flavoring. What I prefer most is how easy it is to take compared to capsules, and I do feel it fits nicely into my usual wellness rotation as an antioxidant support supplement. The main thing I’d love to see improved is labeling transparency. I prefer very clear information on sourcing, testing, and exactly what’s included per serving, especially at this dosage. That said, I’ve repurchased it because it’s been effective for my needs and it’s become a reliable option in our routine.

These drops helped me tremendously!! I had not realized how much lymph fluid I as holding on to. It really does help cycle it out of the body.

It's one of those tastes that you're not sure if you hate it or not. You can't really taste it until it hits the back of your tongue. I use a drink to wash it down to avoid some of the taste. As far as effectiveness, I don't take it for anything specific except general health reasons, but when I take it before heavy alcohol consumption, I don't get a hangover, so it does work for that.

This item arrived on time, as ordered, intact. No issues with shipping or packaging. Honestly, I don't notice any smell, either good or bad. Likewise, I don't notice any particular taste, either good or bad. My only disappointment is that the dropper is not measured. It got tiresome measuring out 15 drops onto a spoon, then putting the spoon in my mouth, and transferring the medicine to under my tongue. I just ordered/received 1-ml needless syringes. For the first time I was able to draw up the entire 1-ml dose at once, and squirt it directly under my tongue. Easy-peasy, with no taste whatsoever. (I'm going to wash out and re-use the needleless syringes, as we do in home health)

Hard to say what the benefits may be- the awful vomit smell/flavor will prevent me from finding out. Awful

I have a few gene mutations and this product has helped me. The quality seems really good, it has so many health benefits. Its very easy to take I use it sublingual and chase w water but it could easily be added to juice . I can notice when I stop using it my health declined so I make sure I always have my back up.
