Bright lights, magnetic base, hanging hook - the perfect flashlight.

I like it but the magnet is not good...

Not a bad light for the money. I like the physical design of the light. It appears to be built sturdy. I like that it takes 3 aa batteries instead of 3 aaa batteries. Maybe this will equate to a little longer battery life. I like that it only has 2 settings Flood and spotlight. Don't have to switch through multiple settings to get the light you want. The light output on both is good. I will mostly use this light to work on my cars. My only dislike is that there are no magnets on the back of the light. Magnets in these areas would be helpful to secure light in difficult tight spaces. The only magnets are on the swing arm which can take up a too much space in some situations. All in all I'm happy and don't want to send it back, for the price I would buy it again.

Light can be hung with the built in hanger and had 2 light settings you can use. The light is bright enough to let you see what you are doing. The one thing I don’t like is the battery cover comes off easily, especially if dropped which of course leads to breakage of the cover or loss. Make this more secure instead of having a pop off use a screw that can easily be loosened without removing the screw completely.

I have used this type of flashlight around the house for many years. I must say, I have better, more expensive ones to use outside, but for inside things, I just love it. After a while, and I just can't remember the time frame, the black part where your hand grabs it does become sticky as I have also had certain hair brushes do that too. Not sure what to do about that, I usually just buy another one. This flashlight works perfect for my indoor needs when I need a flashlight to sit up and provide light for a while.

Not very bright flood light or flashlight. Old technology. There are much better combo lights out there.----- Update: I had this flashlight attached to my metal cabinet, and found it on the ground the next day, batteries scattered, and battery latch broken. One of the round magnets detached from the flashlight leaving only the other round magnet to hold it to the cabinet, which was obviously not strong enough to keep this flashlight attached to my cabinet. Manufacturer must not have used the right kind of glue keeping the magnets in place. Now I'm afraid to attach it to anything because of fear the other magnet will detach also. I glued the other magnet back in its place and now used electrical tape to keep the battery latch in place. I should just return it.

Upon delivery, one of the 36 LEDs on the work light did not come on. The LED flashlight is ok, but not especially bright. However, it is still usable and the magnets in the base are strong enough to hold it on a vertical metal surface. The magnets, together with the attached hook, allow it to be used in any hands-free situation, so I will keep it to use in my RV. You get what you pay for!

This is a fantastic product! Very versatile. It's magnetic, so you can stick it on anything metal, it also has a hook, so you can hang it if you need to do a job. Amazing for the money.
