I had professional lhr done several years ago, but got a touch up every year. I saw this product and decided to give it a go at home. We have been very satisfied with the results. I have been able to skip my touch up at the office, and even decided to treat a new area I did not treat originally. It is definitely working! I've been using it consistently for about a month now. My hair growth is almost gone in the new area, and the 'touch up' areas are totally smooth. We even decided to give it a real test and try it on my furry husband's back. It's not 100% gone yet, but we both can see a difference in the amount of hair and the speed of its growth. I think it will continue to improve if we keep it up! Note, this is not working on my blond hairs. The laser targets dark hair, and works on those, for sure. We both have been using it on the highest setting and, aside from feeling the occasional zap, it's totally painless. This product has been worth the time and effort, so far!

I decided to buy this and try it out before paying an excessive amount of money for salon treatments. I'm so glad I did!!!I was so frustrated because I have PCOS and was extremely self conscious about this patch of very course hair on my chin. You could see the hair growth underneath my skin even after daily exfoliating and shaving. Sometimes I can pluck it but some hairs were very stubborn and my skin would get irritated which drew more attention to that area.Before I made an appointment for laser treatments or electrolysis, I looked around for something I could use at home. This item got the best reviews and the cooling features and the extras drew me in. I also purchased the extended warranty just in case it craps out on me.At first, I was scared to use it because I was afraid on it making my face red or leaving marks. Initially I tried it at a lower setting but it didn't seem to do much so I immediately put it on the max. If you have had professional laser treatments, you would know that you feel a slight pain (like a someone snapping a rubberband on your skin) but that's not really the case for me because this product is not nearly as strong. After consistent use for 2 weeks, I can see a difference. The hairs under my chin aren't as visible under my skin and I have less random hair along my jawline. I used to have daily growth on my upper lip but that is gone as well!I do recommend that you let it cool for about 8 seconds in between each time. I have not tried it on my legs or armpits because it's pretty time consuming to use it on my face on a daily basis but pretty soon I will start using it in those areas to help lighten up the growth before I go on vacation.Overall, I'm so happy that I purchased this and would highly recommend the extended warranty if you're nervous about it breaking on you later on. Even with that added, it's still quite a bargain.

I was surprised to find the Innza IPL devices of such a great quality for the price. It was packaged in a really great box with smart, smaller sized, magnetic treatment windows that just grab right on to the device and hold very well. The really nice storage box also had a cool pair of folding sunglasses to protect your eyes from the flashes and a nice disposable razor for pre-treatment. There were clear instructions and a cleaning cloth. It really feels like a much more expensive beauty item.The Innza is super easy to use with one button to turn on and select power level. It starts with the ice cooling fan to chill the plate at the treatment window which is a nice touch when doing an extended session. The higher the power level the more time you must wait between pulses but it's still very quick.I've had about 12 full body laser hair removal sessions at a clinic with great success but with any hair removal there are periods of growth and dormancy so that is why it's really hard to be completely hair free, especially being male. I use the Innza on every part of my body where regrowth is starting to maintain my smoothness between professional laser sessions. I've had the Innza for about 6 weeks and just use it at maximum power for areas on my chest, stomach, underarms, full brazilian, patches on my legs and toes and neck below the beard line and it's definitely slowing down the regrowth. For the few odd hairs on my face it doesn't seem to making a difference, but my face and head are the only places I never had laser treatments in the past.My only two suggestions would be for the Innza device to have a loop or something that I can use to hang it on the wall like a hair dryer so it's always ready at my vanity. My other suggestion would be a more flexible power cord with a smaller power brick because it doesn't quite fit with my other things plugged in at the mirror.All in all, I'm happy with the Innza and love being smooth.

I had been waiting and waiting for years for this product. It took me 7 months to even decide on this brand. I did my research and wanted to read lots of reviews so I was informed. I have dark brown hair, and an olive/white complexion. I tried it on my legs, my chin, and my happy trail, 4 times a week, from the first day I got it. I started out at level 5, and never even felt a thing. A few of the times I even allowed a little stubble to come through, and decided to see if I'd smell the "burnt hair smell"... NOPE!!! My stubble just stubbornly sat there, unaffected by the machine. I am literally so SAD and DISAPPOINTED!!! I met the criteria for the favorable removal, an I read other girls say it hurts, and things of that nature. Maybe my machine is defective or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Regardless, I am so disappointed!
