Turkey encapsulated in beef collagen??? And the beef in Lactic acid???
These are the best I’ve ever had!!! My one complaint is this: why would you encapsulate the turkey sticks in beef collagen? And the beef sticks in encapsulated lactic acid? Seems backwards to me, considering I no longer eat beef.

Good flavor
The spicy sticks are the best. Turkey is firmest, chicken is also firm; beef is the softest texture of them all. Good flavor and spice.

Great way to sample 4 flavor options - my favorite are the Spicy Turkey sticks
I really enjoy these meat sticks. Great snack option. Nice kind of texture of the outer casing - a little "crunch" to it. Good flavor on all 4 varieties. However, I prefer the turkey sticks over the beef - less calories (if you're counting) and a little more texture to the turkey meat vs the beef. My favorite, which I've just ordered, are the Spicy Turkey and the spiceness is kinda hot - the way I like it.
