If you know anything about these types of products you know that it isn't going to transform you from a shorty to a giant. There are limitation to the type of shoes you can use these in ( I use them in some dress boot I own). You can't use these in running shoes or low top type of oxfords shoes. If you understand the limitations of these type of products you will have reasonable expectations and be happy with your purchase.

When I installed these into my shoes i was very hopeful that I could gain an extra inch. But instead all it did was make my feet continue to pop out of the shoes even with on wedges and just the raised sole. When my feet weren’t popping out the wedges were sliding around in the shoe the method to lock them together is very flimsy.

Not very comfortable. Wore for one day and removed. I would not buy again.

They didn't fit me, but they were as expected. I think I just got the sizing wrong.
