Was looking for a supplement to help with the monthly monster, and this was it! I have been taking them consistently for 3 months and there haven’t been any downside effects, mood has felt more stable, they’re easy to swallow, there is no taste, definitely more effective than most things out there. Helped with clotting, mood swings, cramping, so happy I found these!

I’ve been using these daily for a little over a month now and they seem to be working great. What’s crazy is, I started to notice a significant difference in less lower stomach pain from my fibroids after only using these for about a week. Obviously can’t for sure say it’s the supplements or not but that the only thing I added/changed in my lifestyle. Will continue to use and see how it goes! Definitely worth trying.

I have had irregular periods since I was 12 years old. For reference, I am now 21! I was recently diagnosed with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency which has made my period even more irregular. My EPI symptoms along with my period being late really took a toll on me as the pain from the bloating, constipation, and cramping from my body unable to menstruate was worsening. I started this supplement on a whim to see if the reviews were accurate and they are! I usually get my period every 2 months and after starting this supplement 1 month ago after my last period, I am now menstruating again 31 days later, like a normal cycle. This is a game changer for me and my symptoms the relief my body has felt from my hormone levels being normal is enough for me to give this 5 stars!!!

I’ve been suffering from hormonal acne since I was a teen, but combo birth control pills helped to keep it under control for 20 years. Unfortunately when I turned 40 and had to discontinue use, my hormonal acne came back with a vengeance. I tried all the topicals, various other vitamins/supplements, and even prescription meds. However none of them stopped the monthly breakouts. I started chaste berry about a year ago, and the first month I didn’t see a pimple, I thought it was a fluke. After about 3 months straight I still wasn’t convinced and attributed the change to more dramatic things I was doing to balance my hormones. However, when I stopped taking it for a month, and the breakouts returned, I KNEW it was the chaste berry. I’ve been faithfully buying this stuff ever since. With the active breakouts finally under control, hopefully I’ll eventually find a solution to clear up the hyperpigmentation and scarring the acne has left behind, but I’m so relieved to finally have won the breakout battle at least.

I have THE worst period cramps due to medical issues, but these pills changed it for me. I use them typically when I have my period and it provides me with energy, and reduces my flow too. I'd advise to not take them daily afterwards, but its the best for when I need that pick me up during my time of the month. Highly recommend !

I did not have my period in 6 months due to PCOS. I started taking the Vitex 1 week ago and my period came.
