The sizing is way too small. I'm a 32DD and ordered the 36C/D/DD. It is still too tight in the band, particularly for a sleep bra, which is supposed to be comfortable. I think the 38C/D/DD probably would have been just right, but unfortunately I missed the return window. If I had to do it again, I would buy in multiple sizes to get the right fit and return the rest. Good luck!
