Reduces noise
It did reduce the amount of noise heard at night while sleeping but it doesn’t stick very well.

Fine so far for the price.
20x25 ft stand alone converted garage to studio. Already have existing foam in larger size. These are just fill-ins for color contrast and a little more dampening. Teal-ish blue is a great color. You will need to unpackage them and let set before use as they are very compressed in the package. I stuck mine outside in the Central FL noon day sun for a couple hours. There are some comment around about other methods. This is the first time using the 2 way tape tabs that are included. Although I have a small window AC during the hot summer a few of the other tapes i used would fall off once in a while. Walls are some Block and some Drywalled...all painted. After a length of time i believe any adhesive could pull up paint if you needed to remove them. So we'll see. I am not a full foamed room guy...I like just enough to leave a tad of echo to the room.

Muffled a train
I put these in some wall that was open and it definitely muffled the sound of the train that goes by outside my house. I can't speak to the acoustic usage but they definitely deadened the sound outside.

Garbage
Complete garbage. Came vacuum sealed so I had to pull and pick at every panel to get them to be normal shaped and then after a few months they have all turned yellow. Even the pieces that were just opened and left to come back as much as they would n their own. Never even touched those and they’re yellowing. I will have to take them all down and replace. NO NOT BUY.

Easy to install, looks good on the wall
Pros: Comes with a ton of double sided dots Looks good on the walls Doubles as a soft cushion for VR or fun Cons: You will need a lot of these to cover your entire wall. I like the look of these on my wall. I have a few different styles and I think these look the best. These came with a ton of double sided dots for adhering to the walls. These dots are extra sticky and once on the foam can not be removed without tearing the foam. You can, with some effort remove them from the wall though. I only used a single dot in the middle, but I have a lot more dots, so I will add dots when I start to notice corners or edges pulling away from the wall. I use this for my VR room. I tend to be loud while in VR and these help isolate the sound from the rest of the house. The softness is also helpful for when I accidentally bump into the wall. As a friend of mine pointed out, that softness is also good for other fun things that require a good friend.

Soft like packing foam - not rigid like you want for a studio
These are thinner and softer than similar items I have purchased on amazon for a tad bit cheaper. They aren't rigid like the you want for a studio. Low quality, I would NOT purchase again for this price.

they do the job
These panels came vacuum-packed, which I was not expecting as other panels I have purchased just came stacked in a box in their normal form. However, they promptly inflated back to shape. There is a slight chemical odor with these when you open them, although I think that is more attributable to the glue on the adhesive pads than the panels themselves. It is nice that they include a bunch of adhesive pads. The foam is more dense than the other panels I have and so I assume that will lend well to their sound absorption properties. The grey is a nice, consistent shade and the pointed structure of them is consistent in shape. I plan on interspersing them with my other panels, which are black with lines, to create a more diverse style than just all the same grey panel. Not much else to say about them, they are foam panels and they do what they do!
