The product is great

As I use hearing aids I was worried I wouldn't hear my elderly mother call in the night, so bought this system. As she accidentally set off the touch alarm last night I can confirm it is loud enough to wake me from the receiver plugged into a socket in my room! Note to others - when resetting the pairing, hold down the volume button. None of the instructions say that, but it's the essential bit of info! I think this is excellent value, a really good piece of kit that does the job while maintaining mum's dignity and privacy.

Would be better if there was more than one transmitter to place at various points in the house, call button needs to be less hard to press but otherwise it's good.

Great alarm last one lasted over two years, never failed till I left it in the rain. Excellent quality and value great range of alarm sounds and adjustable levels. Very easy to operate alarm remote lightest touch pad I've seen.
