Are all the photos half or can you switch to full size photo too? Also what film does it take?

It only takes half photos. Any 35mm film is fine, but would recommend 400 ISO/ASA.

Does it come with a pouch and strap? Or what accessories are included?

It does come with a strap. No pouch though. You will need a AA battery for the flash.
