I used these to crunch up to make feuilletine for a cake filling and they worked perfectly. VERY crumbly which worked great for the filling but pretty messy to just eat. They are very buttery and light, great with a cup of coffee.

These delicate cookies (they call them crepes) are so delicious that I hate to share them. As soon as someone tastes them for the first time they go crazy and devour my cookies and leave nothing for me

These crepe cookies are out of this world! I believe everyone should try these cookies at least once in their life. My first experience with these cookies was in a high end grocery store. Found them to be more expensive in the grocery store, but i decided ill try them once in my life. Now these cookies have become an obsession. The cookies have a flakey texture and have this lightly sweet taste that just makes my mouth water. These crepe cookies are neatly packed into a golden wrapper with two crepe cookies. The exterior has a wonderful golden color with a slight glaze to them. Once a crepe cooke is in your mouth you can bite but the sweetness, which is not overpowering, just melts into your mouth. I would recommend these to anyone who loves flavor without the crazy overpowering taste of sugar. I am a true believer when it comes to these cookies. I will purchase them over and over again. I wish there were more cookies per package. Makes it hard to share because these cookies are so good!

On top of being delivered to a neighbor's home (recognized the front door in the delivery photo), every cookies was broken. The crumbs that remained were tasty. Don't buy these from Amazon.

Absolutely light & delicious , but arrive a little crumbled.

The wrappers for each one aren't sealed.. they are just folded over the wafers. Not only were many of the wafers already broken but it was just kind of gross having crumbs all over when they weren't even opened yet. Tasted great though.

These French crepe cookies are so light, airy and delicious! At first I thought that they were not sweet enough. American cookies are so full of sugar that I was expecting that same type of flavor profile in these. But honestly, after a few bites, I instantly came to appreciate the subtle, sweet, buttery flavor of these cookies. They are exquisite with a nice afternoon tea or even a late morning cup of coffee. And believe me, I have tried and enjoyed them both of these ways! ;) Plus, as an added bonus, you get two boxes for under ten dollars. Such a great deal all around. Enjoy!
