Struggled with recurring BV for years, so frustrating dealing with the unpleasant symptoms and not to mention odor, taking antibiotics was no fun. I discovered this product and it has worked wonders, it has been a long time since I had been treated for BV. I only use half the tablet at a time, doesn't give me any pain but it treats any unpleasant symptoms fast. Normally only take it for a few nights after menstrual or if I just need an occasional quick refresh. Highly recommend for those suffering with recurring infections.

These reset your pH balance with perfection. I did not have any infections or anything, but at one point I was going at it too much with my husband like almost four times a day, and during that time I started having issues with my pH balance. It was too much alkalinity being introduced to my poor, sensitive, feminine bits, so as a remedy we scaled back and I did research on something that can help with pH balance issues without burning my bits with something that they literally use to kill roaches... This was the solution. And think about it, it actually makes sense! The vagina is a highly acidic environment with a normal pH of 3.5-5.5, so if you introduce something highly alkaline in nature (semen) it can cause disruption to what is natural for you. So, reintroducing acidity is genius! I appreciate the creators of this product, I literally have not seen any other vendor selling vitamin C suppositories. I still have the other five. I have had no issues since I used only one suppository maybe... 8 months ago. It is a life saver.

Unfortunately I need to use a product like this every month after my period for a couple of days to balance my PH back to normal. I've been using a similar product made in Canada for years and but it was discontinued and there were no other absorbic acid options available in the Canadian market. I've spent the last 6 months trying the other options available in Canada for BV (lactic acid, boric acid and probiotics). None of them worked as well or as quickly as the absorbic acid unfortunately. Out of desperation for a better option, I finally decided to expand my search and I'm sooo happy I found this product on Amazon US. Not only does it work just as well as the one I had been using, this product has a few less non-medicinal ingredients which I really like. Even though I'm paying a bit more to ship this to Canada than what I was previously paying on a similar product, I'm happy to do so for the effectiveness of this. You've got a regular customer now and I'll be purchasing more in the future!

This stuff burns. And the burning only increases the longer it is in place. The pill is hard, gritty, doesn't dissolve easily, leaves you feeling like something is stuck up there (because it is). Then the burning spreads to your outside tissues as it drains out. It's an overall painful experience. I lasted 2 hours before I had to jump in the shower and clean it out the best I could when I should have been sleeping. Still burning afterwards. Used only half tablet, like it said to do to try it. It's too bad. I read a medical journal where this was used after antibiotics to successfully prevent recurrent issues. I guess I will never know if it works. I definitely don't recommend if you're over 40, so have thinner, more sensitive tissues. It causes pain.
