However did it's job perfectly well by shutting down the supply down the line.Contacted the seller on WhatsApp & he immediately sent replacement after verifying and a payment of nominal charge of courier service.I am happy with the device and the seller.(Orginal review was dated 26th July 2023).(Jan13,2024: device working fine till date).I had purchased this device more than a week ago. Reviewing now to give feedback. Will try to review again after long term use. First one was showing 20,30 more volts per phase so got that exchanged. Replaced unit is working fine.Pros. 1. Well built. Build quality is above par from other same class VPRs. Attached pic 1 and 2 . Third pic is of another brand which I am using.2. Slots for attaching wires or thimbuls are wider and deeper. Very convenient if you are using thicker 25mm2 wires or thimbuls.3.cheaper than other VPRs.4.Sensitivity .. it's more sensitive and quicker to voltage fluctuations. Noticed that while on genset power supply, voltage readings were fluctuating unlike the other VPR.5. More functions/parameters . For me it's very important.6. Power flow direction is from top to bottom , which in my case is more convenient.7. Very Responsive customer care.Cons.1. User manual and display menu to adjust parameters is somewhat cumbersome.. which again ,for me, is not a deal breaker, for such quality, features and price I can give that discount.2. Customer care contact number given on accompanying slip was wrong. Upon installation,got the phase assymetry error. Manual was silent for this error, tried calling and then searched web for contact number. Found and called them, they readily helped me .one can set the parameters later on after tinkering with the settings.In a nutshell more features are important than the cumbersome manual hassle.. so again it's not a con as such for me.Writing this long review just because there were no such reviews available for any device.

What I liked about the whole experience is that, the seller attended the call immediately and had the patience to guide the electrician patiently on the various aspects of the surge protector, and he had the courtesy to call back, as he had noticed an anomaly in the switch box. I value excellent after sales service and I am absolutely satisfied.

This is my worst purchase on Amazon . Firstly the product body is very flimsy . During the shipment only the fastening screws broke and the product arrived in 2 pieces. Secondly when connected to power one of the phase gives no output . Which lead to overloading & short circuit of my refrigerator . I have to replace the PCB of my 1.2 lakh refrigerator . It's a total scam . The seller describes it as German made . It's not. I would take this matter to consumer court

It's a must-have for any electrician and should be installed in every home. This gadget protects your home or business from a voltage spike.user manual is very clear it say how to connect it . With daigram they mentioned.

Best Quality, Using it from past 2 months. Electrician done the wiring wrongly. After speaking with their customer care I could able to sort the issue by doing some simple settings on device.

Intially i got a faulty product, but i requested for a replacement . Coordinated with vendor abd they are kind and helped to configure this product. Product is really good
