Q: Are they reusable? Can your creation be removed without destroying the mold?

They are definitely reusable. The molds are extremely flexible and made from strong material. I have made and removed several spheres and the molds are still as good as new.

Q: Are there video instructions??

On the Amazon website for this item there are 2 if not 3 informative videos. It helps to watch them but even if you don't watch all of them, you should be fine. The nicest part is that there is no seam in the middle that will need to be sanded. Have fun.

Q: What are the sizes of the different cubes?

Doesn't matter what you put inside the square or what stickers you put on the outside. it looks beautiful when you're done. One thing to remember try to put in as many items in the inside wo you don't use too much resin.
