I would contact the seller and let them know that the bottle was damaged in Shipping and see what they can do for you. In the mean time I would transfer the liquid into another spray container and use it until they either send you a new one or request you send it back.

Great product

Always skeptical of products like this but I’m amazed at how it’s working so far. As I was sprinkling it around our barn I could hear the rats shuffling around. At first I thought it was just because I was out applying it.Went out later in the day and no signs of them. It was bad before this. Day or night if you went in the barn you would see them running around. I mean it was bad, you could smell the rat urine.I have since ordered two more jugs as I’m sure I’ll have to keep up on it for sometime before I go into a maintenance mode of application.If things change I’ll post

It keeps them away for little while. You must continue to apply especially if it gets wet from rain. Overall it does its job.

Impressed when my initial order was delayed and to speed it up Amazon sent it by UPS! My husband uses the Grandpa Gus packets in his hunting trailer up north to stop mice. Tried so many products and was always a mess when opening up the trailer. since using Grandpa Gus he does not have a mice problem any more, any where in the trailer! Back home I am having a problem with squirrels digging in my flower beds and also eating some of the plants, I hope by sprinkling the power in the flower beds it will stop the squirrel destruction. I purchased this product due to the success of the mice packets my husband uses.
