I bought these bandages after developing an allergy to all the adhesive bandages available at the pharmacy. Someone recommended Swedish bandages, which worked amazingly well but were quite expensive. Looking for a more budget-friendly alternative, I decided to try these.They look very similar to the Swedish brand, though the cover is less flexible and the adhesive is not as strong. On the plus side, I had no allergic reaction, which is a huge relief. Initially, they didn’t stick well and would come off quickly. I started taking extra time to thoroughly dry my skin before applying them and pressing firmly around the edges. Since then, they’ve stayed on for a full 24 hours without any issues.I do wish they were more affordable, but they’re one of 2 options I can use without a reaction.

I burnt the back of my upper arm. When the blister burst, I used the Silicone Foam Dressing on my wound. It stayed secured until time to change it. I'm disabled and need to sit in a recliner with my feet elevated. When I would turn to get something off my shelf, the back of my arm would rub against the chair. It was constantly rubbing the dressing but it remained secure and in place. The foam absorbed the moisture and allowed the wound to heal from the inside out. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

I have "thin skin" on my lower stomach & I'm prone to large boils. Normal bandages in that area literally rip my skin off, everytime and leave bigger wounds to manage. These bandages not only stick throughout the entire day with no rolling or loosening; but there isn't the slightest bit of pain when removing. It's practically a miracle. I grit my teeth everytime I go to change it and evertime, not a single twinge of pain. The only strange thing to me is that the pad that covers the open wound is also sticky...this totally freaked me out. It probably would've been fine but I was too nervous, so I always put a gauze pad over that part before covering. All in all, worth the purchase.

Love the bandage but the adhesive could be stronger.

I am permanently on a blood thinner, which leads to bruising. Regular band aids will often peel my skin off a covered wound, causing irritation and additional bleeding. Kastormed dressing eliminates this problem for me! I'm only sorry I didn't discover them earlier.

This product is more than what I expected and it does everything it says it does.

I am 73 years old and I have super thin skin and my skin actually tears easily if I brush up against a door jamb, my skin actually will peel back of my arms where I make contact with the door. When I was young, I got bruises but now my skin tears.Most regular bandages are not big enough to completely cover and protect a large area so I purchased these and they work perfectly! I will be keeping them on hand as at times I do have issues with not being as graceful as I would like.The only negative thing is that once you loosen one corner of them to check on the actual injury it didn't adhere again. Not a deal breaker but I wanted to mention that. They are very "cushy" while not being thick.They are a very good thing to have on hand! I also think the price is reasonable.

If I could give this negative five stars, I would. I have a terrible abrasion on my knee from a fall. I purchased this product thinking it was soft and comforting like the bandages I received at the ER. Instead, the soft padded part has adhesive on it!! This would cause the ENTIRE BANDAGE to stick to your entire wound. This means every time you tried to remove the bandage, the wound be ripped! How stupid! Please do not purchase this product.
