Es muy buena alfombra, la utilización puede ser para máquina o para realizar ejercicios en una buena alfombra muy superior a las tradicionales. Muy recomendable

Very nicely finished and good quality mat - although it was rolled up when it arrived, I only had to put it on the floor and walk around it once for it to flatten satisfactorily. I wanted it for under a recently purchased treadmill as I didn't want to wear a trench in my carpet. It fits on the mat with a border of approximately 4-5 inches both sides widthwise and approx. 3 inches both sides lengthwise. It would make excellent non-slip matting on lino type floors and would be ok for worktables to stop them travelling - I think it was very good value for the money

Die Matte ist sehr stabil und man kann sein Laufband (habe wohl ein kleineres Gerät) mit der Matte verschieben. Ideal, da auch die Geräusche gedämmt werden

Nice material, decent price and fits perfectly under my cross trainer. Haven't used the cross trainer with the Matt under it properly yet but it seems sturdy enough. Not the thickest but seems like it will be enough to reduce noise and protect the flooring. So far I recommend. FYI I got the 180 smaller size.
