Q: How thick are these dots?

As thick as regular Velcro...they are strong.

Q: Will this stick to foam?

I doubt it. It might be strong enough to stick and hold a piece of paper though.

Q: How well will hold posters 20x30 and 16x11 (thick ) on the wall? I try blue glue Dots but posters won’t stay long.

Its working for me. Non textured wall though
