The delivery was on time and the guy asked me to open infront of him to ensure the product had a really good delivery experience. About the trimmer is really worth the money. Perfectly trims both the beard heair as well as the head. Battery backup is good it will run for 1.15hrs without any doubt. And feels good in hand too, it have the proper amout of weight. Worth the money and had really good experience.

It pulls hair and gets stuck. Well, this painful experience lasted for about half a minute. And to top it up, it completely stopped after a minute! Faulty design of the product if want to use for head, though I would not recommend for any other use as well. Does not work for long hairs, 2-3 inches, hairs get entangled in its motor, and it stops! Buy and use at your own risk!
