Forever Before I Let Go

Definitely a story of true love
Real love with real life issues. It wasn’t my favorite but it was good! The sex scenes were steamy and the scene at the end with them dancing was very heartwarming. It was a bit dialogue heavy for me as I’m assuming Kennedy wanted you to get a good understanding of each character (especially with it being a series) but some of it felt superfluous. I’ve also realized that I prefer not to read stories with real and possibly triggering life issues because I deal with them daily and want my reads to be an escape lol but that’s just my personal preference. Kennedy is very descriptive which helps you “feel” the moment so that’s also an aspect I enjoy. Would recommend!

Kennedy Ryan does it again
Como pode essa mulher escrever tão bem e de um jeito tão envolvente? Eu nunca nem estive num relacionamento amoroso, mas fiquei tão engajada nesse casal e na reconstrução dessa relação. A Yasmen e o Josiah têm todo o meu amor. E as minhas lágrimas.

Marvellous
„I was meant for you and you were meant for me, and even when we got in our own way, even when we screwed up-because we both did, baby—even then my soul knew, my heart knew, it was wrong being away from you. I don’t ever want to ache like that again.”•THIS BOOK 😩. I was holding my breath for 56% of this book, having my heart beat violently for every single page I read! It was AGONY! Not that it had gotten easier after that, but the first part was excruciating!Yasmen and Josiah are divorced for the last couple years after life kept beating them relentlessly until their relationship couldn’t take it anymore. Now they are co-parenting and co-owning their restaurant “Grit”… none of them is in a good place but they’re both getting there… her with a strong set of amazing friends and therapy… and Josiah trying to move on with a new woman…You had to be blind not to see that these two were soulmates and nothing would EVER compare to what they used to have. The losses they suffered were pretty brutal and like it is stated in this book, “depression is a liar”!!!Soon it is clear that both will never get over the other, but the hurt is too big, the scars too deep… and throughout this book they try to navigate in the dark, through a storm, fighting wave after wave until they finally find each other again 😭.

Real Deep Beautiful
Livre arrivé en avance et en bonne condition. This book was so fresh! A must read. I was tired of reading same type of characters, plots, this one is so new and also real. My second book of her and I love all the research she does for a book. It's not a completely imagined story. It's the collection of many lives into two characters. They feel real, beautiful, relatable, warm, deep. I loved it and it's close to my heart!
