This stuff really helps. It keeps my left hand from hurting from having too much ferritin in my system. This helped faster than anything I’ve tried.

Good supplement to take.

I am 78 years old. I have been taking in NAC and glycine for four months. They seem to be working for me. My skin is smoother and my mood is better. I also have more energy. I take 3 g of each. I saw where NACET was stronger and got to the brain and eyes better, so I switched to this product. It seems to help my eyes. I take one pill 30 minutes before breakfast and another at night 30 minutes before supper. I also, add a little glycine in one of my cups of coffee in the morning to sweeten it. Also, it doesn’t have the sulfur smell that regular NAC does. The first picture is a current view of my eye and skin. The second picture was taken 10 months earlier. My eye is now much brighter as you can see! I have no idea why I took the earlier picture. It is a happy coincidence! I thought I’d give an update after two years. This supplement has 600 mg of glycine. I don’t think that is enough glycine, so I use an extra scoop of glycine powder every day. I am still very happy with my skin and eyes. I noticed that my hair has regained some of its youthful brown tones. My beard still seems the same though. I have heard that gray hair is a nutrition effect for an older people. I can only guess that this supplement improves nutrition.

Hello, I began taking NAC every night before bed back at the beginning of March 2023. I didn't really notice anything different form taking it until I decided to mow my front lawn. I have a steep hill to mow and in the past I have had to stop and rest several times. I am 67 and my legs get tired and my hand and forearms would get crampy form holding the presence switch on my mower. It's been about 4 months I have been taking NAC nightly. I reordered a 4 pack end of March as my wife was also taking it. I just today ordered a 6 pack. I also believe my blood sugar is better since I have been taking it, but I have not checked it. One thing to remember is that the standard dose for NAC is 600 to 1200 milligrams per day. But this brand of NAC is 60% more available then other formulations. Additionally it also provides glycine which is needed to create a synergistic effect. After much research this is the brand I determined to be the best for the money.
