It worked for my 2015 Honda civic. Both out my original key fobs stopped working. The dealership told me that it would cost $400 to fix. So I just started using the manual key. But then my manual lock started refusing to accept the key. Would take several tries to get into my car. Thought I was going to get locked out. Couldn't afford $400 for a new key fob, or a new door lock. Read the reviews for this and knew I had a 50/50 chance of it working. After paying $15 for this and $69 for a locksmith to program it, it worked! So relieved. Worth a shot for only $15. Battery is also included.

Absolutely Disappointing - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I wish I could give this product 0 stars because that's what it truly deserves. I purchased this key with high hopes, only to be met with frustration and disappointment. The key arrived in a timely manner, but that's where the positive experience ends.I took the key to a professional locksmith who tried everything in his power to program it, but all attempts were in vain. Despite his expertise, the key was simply impossible to program.DO NOT PURCHASE this product! Save yourself the headache and go for a better alternative. This key is nothing but a waste of time, money, and effort. I now have a piece of metal that only opens the doors manually and a locksmith bill to remind me of my poor decision to buy it.

Some buttons on the fob work…
The media could not be loaded. Came quickly, and no problems having a locksmith cut and program it. He did mention that the key metal is “unusual.” You cannot self-program this key.However the fourth button, the one that remotely sets off the alarm, which I use often for finding my car in a parking lot, opens the trunk instead. I’m guessing that the transponder was wired incorrectly. So 3 of 4 buttons work, which is not optimal for a new unit. I would have gotten got OEM fob if I knew.
