Is the bottom water resistant? Or will it leak to the floor

It’s water resistant but I’m sure it has its limits. The cushion and the bottom of the playpen are like a tent or coat lining material

What size sheets for the portable crib?

You can actually buy sheets made especially for this portable crib. I used the phrase “ sheets for pack and play” and had no problem.

What is the size of the item after folding? (not the unfolded dimensions)

Mine measures 26” L X 7 1/2” D Very compact, easy to store and carry.
