After reading the ingredients in other water pills, I decided those weren't for me. I read the ingredients in these and figured, "hey! It's worth a shot!" I'm so happy I did. I've been very regular in taking these since April 2024. I take one a day and if I eat something salty, I take one or two extra. It's now June 2024 and my fingers and ankles are back to normal size. I've also become more "regular", which is an added bonus I didn't expect. I wish I had before and after pictures, but I'm a bit camera shy. I'll be a long-term customer for sure!!!!!

I had swelling in my ankles and after using this for a couple of weeks; I no longer have swelling in my ankles.

I allowed my 15 yr old son to use these as a part of his fitness routine- working out in the gym to lose weight and gain muscle. I ONLY allowed this after researching how to properly ensure his safety and his health. Make sure you stay appropriately hydrated while taking this water pill supplement. The purpose is to held shed excess water weight, not healthy water intake or dehydration. So far, since introducing this into his daily routine, I have noticed his body looking more trim and his lower back area has thinned. I CREDIT his dedication to his work-out routine for most of the positive changes, but will say I do notice he doesn't look "swollen" anymore. I would NOT recommend using this without working out. This isn't a miracle pill- you don't take it and sit on the couch and expect to see a difference in your body. Nor do I think this is a healthy pill to take long term. Hit your goal, lay off.

I took the product the day I received it. My ankles and feet were swollen more than usual and I had noticed for a couple of weeks I was retaining water. The same day I started this I released quite a bit of extra water and my ankles and feet are back to normal. I recommend this product. I have tried so many others and have wasted money. This product is worth it.

I’ve taken this each day, twice a day, with no visible results. Based on other’s reviews, I had really high hopes. I guess it worked for some people.
