This device is compatible with Windows 11 and Gigabyte B560 motherboards. It offers fast data transfer speeds. However, before purchasing, please ensure that there is sufficient space on the motherboard. Typically, graphics processing units (GPUs) and Wi-Fi Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIE) cards occupy a significant amount of space. If you have an ATX or EATX size motherboard, installation will be easier. I installed it in a PCIE x8 slot because I had already installed a Wi-Fi card in the PCIE x1 slot. It is functioning properly.

Uses a JMicron controller. Stable for my use case (NAS build). Fits an USFF form factor PC with pcie (Lenovo P330 tiny) without the backplate. The low profile backplate can be 3d printed or modded to fit though.

It was just plug and play. No hassle in installation. Very good product.

Tuve que cambiar la placa base de mi pc por una nueva, perdiendo dos entradas SATA; esta tarjeta resolvió mi problema. El S.O. la reconoció a la primera, sin usar el cd que viene con el equipo. La recomiendo.

Ideale Ergänzung für jene, die ein AM5 Mainboard gekauft haben und merken mussten, dass darauf veraltete SATA-Controller (ASM1061) mit miesem Datendurchsatz von max. 400MB/s verbaut sind (z.B. ASUS ROG Strix B650E). Mit dieser PCIe 3.0 x2 (elektrisch x2, mechanisch x4) Karte hat meine SATA-SSD wieder den vollen Durchsatz von 560MB/s. Angeschlossene Laufwerke (HDD, SSD, BluRay-RW) wurden automatisch vom BIOS und Windows 11 erkannt ohne zusätzliche Einstellungen oder Treiber. Zu bedenken ist, dass je nach Platzierung der Laufwerke und der PCIe-Karte das Kabelmanagement etwas leiden kann (z.B. PCIe karte im untersten Slot und Laufwerk im oberen 5,25" Schacht), da man hier an die Grenzen der Kabellängen stößt.

I gave it 5 stars on the benefit of the doubt because it works but I have not tested it to see how well. I'm sure my HDD speed will be the limiting factor, not the card. It's mounted on a Z890 Tomahawk with a 265K. I plugged in an 18TB WD Red Pro and the connection was instantaneous. the 4 MB SATA slots are used on 2 ASUS BlueRay drives, another WD Red Pro 18 TB, and a Kingwin front panel. Running Windows 11 Pro.

Pas grand chose à dire. Connecté en pcie 1, reconnu au démarrage. Elle fonctionne parfaitement sur linux manjaro

Ich habe mir die Festplatten Erweiterung für meinen Heimserver geholt. Die Installation und das einbinden waren super einfach durchzuführen. Die Datenübertragung läuft einwandfrei. die Test bisher zeigen keine nachteile oder Probleme auf. Jederzeit wieder.
