I purchased the AGARO Ultra Travel Dental Flosser a few months ago and unfortunately, I have had issues with the product failing in just a week of use. This has happened twice with two replacements. Despite leaving it to charge for several hours, the device displayed a constant blinking red light when the power button was pressed. It seems the device doesn't charge. On the positive side, AGARO's customer service has been excellent. I connected easily with their toll-free complaint number and was asked to send a video of the malfunction and a copy of my bill via WhatsApp. The replacements arrived quickly, which I appreciated. However, I'm concerned that I've now gone through two units with the same issue. In terms of performance, the flosser's pressure range of 10-90 psi feels insufficient for effective cleaning between teeth and gums. I initially thought the pressure wouldn't be a major issue, but after using it, I believe it is too low. In contrast, another brand I use generates 140 psi and is much better suited for the task. While the tank capacity is 180ml slightly better than few other portable travel flossers, the pressure is definitely low. In summary, while AGARO's customer service is reliable, I have little confidence in the product's durability and performance. With the third device now in my hands.. I do not have any expectations from it and am reluctant to use it. If you're looking for a powerful and long-lasting flosser, this may not be the best option.

I have bought two of these from different resellers, once in England and once in India. The product is sourced from the same Chinese manufacturer and sold under different brand names on Amazon. The flossing power is good, the design is travel-friendly and the USB-C port is convenient. However, BOTH devices have stopped working after 2-3 months of use. They simply stop charging. Product cannot be returned on Amazon. I have written to their customer service but there has been no response from them. IT IS A SCAM. Please save your money and buy a flosser from a physical store after testing it yourself.

Effectiveness is good. Water pressure is good. Ease of use is good. Cleans well. Durability is bad. As it stopped working after a year.

I also use it frequently, this tiny flosser is excellent for travel. I used to have one of those larger water flossers, but it took up a lot of room on my sink and required a plug. This tiny man is the perfect size, has enough power to floss every one of my teeth, and only requires periodic recharging via plugging in. I simply fill it up again if one fill isn't quite enough.

Looks compact and comfortable for travelling.Will update if i find any issues.Looks good as of now. After almost 6+ months it stopped working and i registered a complain as i had warranty, they immediately exchanged and the new product is fantastc. Efforts and professionalism much appreciated
