Tough, but doable.
Belt is hard to get on like others have stated, but with persistence you can do it! ( 63 year old female here, not the most muscular!) My machine was screeching like a wild banshee, now running nice, quiet and smooth. Belt was of good quality, I threw it in the dryer like someone else suggested, stretched it underfoot. By the time I got it on, it was stone cold again, but I slipped a pipe wrench under it, and it clicked into place. Hallelujah! 👍👏🥳

Stopped the squeal
My Maytag washer was squealing badly at the start of the cycle and Google suggested a worn out drive belt. I purchased this and it has completely stopped the noise. Installation wasn’t the easiest and I had a hard time getting it on. I threw it in the dryer for a couple minutes and it went right on. So far so good and the price was right. The fit is true and it appears to be a quality product.

Tight But Will Fit
This belt was a little harder to install than I thought it would be but just took my time and after several attempts, finally got it installed. Fixed my issue and didn’t have to pay $200 + for repair person.

Inexpensive part and simple installation!
Very tight fit but got it installed after a few attempts. i’m assuming the factory belt (upper one in photo) was just as tight five years ago! Very simple installation took about 20 minutes

Perfect replacement
This was a perfect replacement for a wore belt on my Maytag washer. It is a little hard to get it on. Once you’ve got the washer on its back, remove the belt cover (2 bolts on mine). Then pull the old belt towards you and spin the larger pulley and the old belt will roll off. Clean the pulleys well. Then put the new belt on by starting with the smaller pulley. Fed it onto the larger pulley as much as you can. I used a small flat screwdriver between the belt and pulley to keep it from slipping off, and spin the larger pulley to roll it on. It took 3 tries to get it on. Make sure it’s aligned correctly, spin everything a few times and then put the cover back on and you’re good to go.

Skimpy! Not to spec. Measures only 21.5 inches!
The belt looks well made but they went skimpy. Specifications says 21.9 inches. Mine measured 21.25 inches!

A bear to get installed but did fit my Whirlpool top loader
my top loading Whirlpool washer has bee squeaking and squealing for months. It's only about 2 years old and sounds like a dying whale when running a load of laundry. After some online research learned that the belts on these are notoriously bad and will cause the symptoms I was experiencing. I purchased this belt and then installed it. Installing it is a very straight forward process on my model. I only had to remove 2 screws to get to the bed on the bottom of the washer. Removing the older belt was very easy. It pulled right off without any resistance. I held the old belt up to the new one to compare. The old one had probably a half inch or more length in it. I'm guessing because it was worn and stretched out. Getting the new one on was not easy. I placed it on the small pulley and then rotated the big one. I had a helper rotate the drum from the top to help with the process. After many minutes of struggling to get the new belt around both pulleys it finally went on. I've now done 2 loads of laundry and my washer is quiet with no more squeaks and squeals. I'm quite happy with it so far.

Might have to stretch it out a little to make it fit
It seems a little smaller than the one replaced. I thought I bought the wrong one and then checked other reviews. What I did was put one end at my feet and then pulled on it for about 10 seconds and then tried it and I got it on. So the new belt needs to be stretched out just a little and should be able to get it on.
