I bought this to provide more cushion for my hands because I have arthritis in my thumb joint. It works great - my hands don't slip at all in various asanas. It also is good for knee padding. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability but it seems very well made.

LOVE THIS! I like to do yoga but my knees kill me when in any position with them on the ground. I do use a yoga mat but this adds another layer of protection that my knees now don't feel like they are bruised. Perfect size for the yoga mat and slip resistant so I don't have to worry about it moving on me while using it. About the same thickness as a good yoga mat but just that little bit helps a lot!

This is perfect for a cat/cow and a plank! Nice and thick to cushion elbows and knees. Sticks to my yoga mat.

I bought this specifically for knee protection when doing yoga, but I realized it also works great for knee protection when scrubbing my floors. That's actually my favorite thing about this mat now because it makes a terrible chore bearable. Love it!

It makes it much more comfortable when you have to put pressure on your knees, whether doing exercise or cleaning the bottom of your refrigerator.

It has a very smell once we first open. It's a bit hard to keep it flat. It's a nice addition to a yoga mat, great extra cushion for knees.

Très pratique pour les genoux lorsqu’on fait du yoga ou de pilâtes. Rajout d’une zone de confort je pense que j’aurais pu en avoir à moins cher près de chez moi et la livraison à domicile est bien pratique.

Seit einer üblen Verletzung vor einigen Jahren führe ich alle knieenden Asanas nur noch mit einer gefalteten Decke unter den Knien aus - da nützt mir auch meine dicke Manduka Black Mat Pro nicht viel, wenn ich Schemrzen vermeiden möchte. Die Decke ist okay und erfüllt ihren Zweck (zumal immer verfügbar und gratis), rutscht aber gerne mal und die Kanten drücken oft auf die Schienbeine. Wenn ich den Abstand falsch kalkuliert habe, kniee ich mich beim Sonnengruß auch schon mal direkt auf die Kante. Das tut weh. Beim Stöbern bin ich auf diese kleine Zusatzmatte gestoßen, von der ich noch nie zuvor gehört hatte. Da sie günstig ist und die Beschreibung gut klang habe ich sie mir testweise gleich bestellt - und bin begeistert! Super weich, rutschfest, stinkt nicht, fühlt sich gut an. Man kniet damit wie auf Watte :-) Ich habe sie auch bei Delfin und Kopfstand getestet, wo mir oft die Ellenbogen schmerzen und eine rutschige Decke aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht in Frage kommt. Auch hier perfekt. Geliefert wird das gute Stück mit einem praktischen Trageband, man kann das Pad aber auch einfach in die Yoagmatte einrollen. Über den Langzeiteinsatz kann ich nach ein paar Tagen natürlich noch nichts sagen, das Material scheint aber recht robust zu sein. Ich habe beim Öffnen der Folie versehentlich eine Macke mit der Schere reingedrückt, die mit ein bißchen drüber rubbeln und "atmen lassen" schon fast vollständig verschwunden ist.
