This was SUPER easy to connect to my phone (IPhone 14) and super easy to use. I’m very pleased with this as it’ll be really useful for my business. It took me under 5 min to connect and use. This is better used on light colored items as it is not vibrant enough for darker items. But I’m 100% happy with this!

This is my back up, my 1st one is still going strong. I love the fact that I can print on pretty much anything. But you must have a steady hand. I use the guide to make sure of my preciseness.The bad thing about this system is sometimes you don’t want to use the guide and you may be forced to.

I have spent hours now trying to get the APP to connect to the printer. The printer can be seen by my bluetooth, but the app cannot see it. I am on a Galaxy s23 ultra.Do not bother with this printer. The software does not work. The reviews of the software on google play also reflect that this printer will not work with Android. Better to spend a little more and get something that actually works.

Nice little printer for paper rafting. Colors are bold and bright, easy to use. The app is challenging - seems to require frequent restart - like every time you change what you’re printing.App art is free for a year - then you have to pay. If it’s going to be this glitchy it’s shameful to make you pay. Needs to be permanently free.Really hope they fix the app - great concept and does work well except for constantly having to fuss with the App.

The battery of my printer stopped holding a charge, But there customer support was awesome and they quickly got back to me. They handled the replacement shipped to me (free of charge) of an item that came with a year-long warranty, and did this very quickly, had great customer support and I appreciated that they did this for me.

Cute printer. However, the ink doesn't give full color and everything looks light pink or light blue. Also, it says print on any surface. Nope... I printed on hard, porous plastic and the ink smudged. After letting it dry for a while, ink still wiped off easily with water. Tried on fabric, was ok, but was fuzzy looking. Works great on matte paper, but nothing glossy or shiny. Liked that it was wireless. App was fine, but switching the images took a little to long for the printer to process.

I bought this printer and I was excited to be able to decorate my paper planners with cute designs but I absolutely regret this. For the price point I expected better. The app is clunky, the ink will end up being expensive and it is hit or miss with the designs when it comes time to print.I had to get a second ink cartridge sent to me because the first wasn’t printing cyan. Now it prints but it doesn’t print as readily where I want it. It has a light that is meant to guide you but it rarely works well. So I have designs that come out all askew.If this was a third of the price, I’d say, “Well, it’s still kind of cool when it does work…” but it’s too expensive for these issues. It’s a headache, that’s what it is. I'd return it but I’m past the window. If you’re a casual crafter like me, this ain’t it and I'd recommend at least thinking twice before buying it. 😠

I can never get it connected. After having it for over a year it is time to let it go. I think I have manged to print two things in the time I have had it. So frustrating
