Holy Crap this watch is spectacular
This watch looks amazing. It is super high quality and I am now a big fan of this brand. It's got a lot of details. It's absolutely stunning. I will be buying the diver of this brand soon.

Even better than I thought!
I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled after wearing and enjoying this watch for a couple of days. The photos on amazon don't do it justice as the brushed gray dial is beautiful and really makes the black sub-dials pop. The applied markers and overall quality and look of the dial and case are astounding for such a budget watch (it was around $130). Of course all of the other qualities of an Orient brand watch are here - the chronograph works great and is easy to work and read and the quartz movement (I think its solar as well) will, I am sure, be very accurate. The steel bracelet is fine but, as you can see from the pics, I have it on a single stitch leather strap and it looks great. At a "strapaholic" 22mm lug width this watch can go with a large variety of straps. Very highly recommended especially at the current listed price.

Super cool
I have other watches from very well-known brands, but this watch competes with them and may be superior to some. The only thing I cannot rate very highly is the strap, but you can change it for another of higher quality in steel or perhaps use a leather one.

There are now much better options out there for the same money
The WV00*1TX Neo 70's solar chronographs have been in the market unchanged in materials, but apparently with QC improvements, since March 2016. I have wanted to buy a Neo 70's, along with the champagne Bambino small seconds, since I first watched reviews on YouTube of them a couple of years ago. Last year I finally pulled the trigger, but decided to only go for the Neo 70's as I now seldom have the chance to dress up for outings with a Bambino.I was very impressed when the watch finally arrived from Japan: its aesthetics are very pleasing, and it oozes very high craftsmanship. I give it high points for its beautifully designed and finished case, crown, and pushers; its exquisitely done whitish-silver, lightly-brushed main dial and frame that subtly glints different tones of silver under different sources of light; its delicate, flawlessly polished metal hands, indices, and sub-dial frames; and its very unique mate-black chapter ring. But some of the material choices are underwhelming for the price: the lack of a sapphire crystal, and the heavy use of stamped parts on the bracelet (only the outside links are solid). Just a couple of weeks after I purchased this Orient I bought a Glycine GL1047 Swiss-made chronograph for almost the same price (about $160), but it has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a bracelet almost fully made of solid metal (only the outer clasp is stamped, using thicker gauge material than Orient's), is a true dive watch with screw down crown and pushers (rated at 20 ATM instead of the Orient's 10 BAR), with even more gorgeous aesthetics, and made with an even higher level of craftsmanship. Granted, the Glycine does not have a solar-powered movement, but it is gold plated, runs on multiple jewels, and runs on a cheap battery that is good for 5 years, whereas the capacitors used in solar movements last about 15 years but cost at least 10 times more to replace. And then there are Tactical Frog's many choices sharing the same movement with this Orient that all come with sapphire crystals, solid bracelets, and even sharper design elements while costing even less if you look around.Sometimes the WV0011TX is available on Amazon for less than $120, which I think is a fair price for this line of chronographs, but given the current state of the competition, at $160 the WV0041TX I bought is overpriced, especially considering that since these Neo 70's have only ever been available in the Japanese domestic market (JDM), Amazon does not accept returns on them and they are not covered by any warranty outside Japan.

Nice watch from a top brand
The size is perfect and the quality is solid. Great Value for the money as it was on sale. I get compliments all the time.

Beautiful Chronograph
I love this watch! The dial is beautiful, classic and unique. My only complaint is the strap it comes with is very cheap (but that's ok because I was planning on changing it out anyways), so I bought this Milanese mesh strap that suits it very well.It goes well with formal/business and casual outfits.

Good brand, beautiful watch, this one escaped quality control.
I love Orient watches but the hand fell off one of the complications after a few months of ordinary wear.

Beautiful panda watch!
I wanted to add a chronograph watch to my collection so I have done my due diligence in research. The Orient Panda was my choice and I do not regret it. The watch looks really nice in person and yes, it is a strap monster. It really shines with a rally leather strap. Other reviewers who said they are returning because the hands do not align properly on the markers do not know that it is easily adjustable, which I myself have done upon receiving it. I also appreciate the fact that it is a solar powered mecha-quartz watch, that I don't have to worry about battery for a long time. I think Orient has done a really nice job with this watch!
