I wish the pictures were a bit bigger. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I have it up on my wall to workout. I just have to keep stopping to get a bit closer to see what I want to do next.

The poster itself is good but only down side is when it came it was rolled up I know its probably the only way they could of sent it I had to use 4 weights to put on all 4 corners to help flatten it out bit of a pain to b honest.

It arrived rolled up just rolled it the other way round put it back inside leave it for a couple of hours and this is the result no need for tape around it,😁 I'm very happy with it.

The quality of this is very nice. I need to get it into a poster frame as it has quite a “rolled up” memory. I tried rolling it backwards and storing it, but it dies like to still roll up. I taped it to my sliding glass door until I get a frame for it.

I love looking at things and taking the guessing game out of it. So being able to look and this and the do, is great and really works for me!
