It really does work! So pleased with mine.
I purchased this zen shaper three months ago. I have dropped a dress size. I do have arthritis in my knees. This machine has helped me by making my knees smaller and building the muscles back in them. I use my machine watching tv four times a week. I am no spring chicken and no way want to tart about in a gym. I have advised at least 6 friends who have purchased one too. They are as pleased as I am with this. The. NHS should purchase them for people to use at surgeries.

A great machine.
This product arrived promptly and was very well packaged. It was bought to replace a vibration plate that was quite old and not as smooth as it used to be. I was persuaded to buy this product because of a review made by an older lady who has arthritis and who found this plate very useful in maintaining her leg muscles and strength. I too am an older lady and have multiple sclerosis, it’s equally important for me to maintain my health and vibration plates are a good way to do this. I’ve knocked one star off because the instructions are not very good, I would however recommend this product.

Provides considerable help with circulation
Having used a similar product at my gymnasium which proved very beneficial to me. I decided that I should purchase a similar product for home use. I did considerable research and decided that the Global Relax machine was by far the best product to purchase. Delivery was first class and having now examined/tried the product my decision has been confirmed

Good quality exercise machine and really happy with the purchase.
Good exercise machine to tone and loose weight which I was looking for. Feels like it’s working your muscles and is effective to tone with vibration. It looks quite strong and good quality aswell. Really pleased with the product.

Good delivery time and works really well.
Very sturdy, received today very good delivery on time, did a full work out and it was better than I expected. Also hardly any noise, will use it for a week and review it again.

Great product
I love the vibrating plate. Had it for a few days now and have lost 5lbs already. The fact that you can do your exercises whilst on the plate is great. Would definitely recommend.
