Good for health if taken one spoon daily in the morning. Price is worth of value. A bit more powdery.

I have used a couple of brands before using this one, and the difference in quality is huge. Either they have not cleaned the roots properly or have mixed something. This does not mix well with milk and remains at the bottom like a muddy puddle. I would prefer to avoid it now considering that my money has gone to waste. ( I bought a 1 KG pack)

Its Ashwagandha!!!! Dont expect goody goody tasty, yummy stuff.....Its a good quality powder. The external Amazon prime packing was good, as usual. The fine powder comes in a zip lock bag.All three of us .....my love of life i.e my "Pran-nath", 'Me-myself n I' (since its a supplement for body and mind and soul)and our kiddo are consuming it. I have kept a measuring spoon in it to assure that same dose be consumed daily.....our sleep quality has improved and physical stamina is also improving. P.S How does my kiddo consume it?......We hide it in his daily curries or dals.
