This item, makes a really nice shake no lumps, just a nice refreshing drink, to help with a controlled diet, it's important to still eat normal meals and plenty of fruit and vegetables, preparation takes only a few minutes, I mixed the correct quantity, ub a jug, and then put in the mixer and it's ready to drink and or store in the fridge. I used to use strawberry Slimfast years ago and it was delicious. This doesn't taste the same, it tastes artificial and rather unpleasant, nothing like strawberry.
