For anyone wondering:Locate your shifterGently pull the sleeve down where the shifter connects to the sleeveTwist shifter offIt's really this easy and takes less than 5 minutes. It looks so much better than the OEM, and honestly the color match is almost spot on. It has a better feel and I would highly recommend this.
